No Purchase Necessary

No payment or purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win any contest, giveaway, prize drawing, or promotion sponsored by TJKW Publishing LLC. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years of      age or older.
• Giveaways are open to U.S.      residents only unless otherwise stated.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors, business      partners, and immediate family members of TJKW Publishing LLC are not      eligible to win.

How to Enter

Entry instructions will be provided with each giveaway, contest, or promotion.

Common entry methods include:

• Completing an entry form on      tjkwpublishing.com

Unless otherwise stated:

• One entry per person is      permitted.
• Entries must be received no      later than midnight CST the day before the drawing to qualify.
• Incomplete, fraudulent, or      duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Automated entries or entries      submitted through bots or other unauthorized methods are prohibited.

Alternate Winners

To help ensure as many prizes as possible are awarded, up to two (2) alternate winners may be drawn for each prize or contest, at the sole discretion of TJKW Publishing LLC.

Alternate winners:

• Must have been eligible for the      original drawing.
• Must have entered that specific      contest before the entry deadline.
• Are selected only if an original      winner is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be      contacted, or fails to claim the prize within the stated claim period.

Alternate winners have no guaranteed right to receive a prize and are only contacted if needed.

Winner Waiting List

To help keep our giveaways fresh and fair for everyone, all winners—whether they claim their prize or not—may be placed on a waiting list for up to six (6) months, at the sole discretion of TJKW Publishing LLC.

During this period, individuals on the waiting list may be temporarily ineligible to win additional prizes. This allows more members of our community an opportunity to participate and win.

Resident Laugh Pack Nominations

Our Resident Laugh Pack program was created to spread laughter and encouragement to senior living communities.

To keep the process fair:

• Nominations must be submitted by      an Activities Director or an active volunteer at the community.
• Residents, family members, and      friends are encouraged to share the opportunity with their Activities      Director or volunteer coordinator.
• Only one nomination per senior      living community will be accepted during each nomination period.
• If multiple nominations are      received for the same community, only the first eligible nomination will      be entered.
• Additional eligibility      requirements may be announced for specific Laugh Pack promotions.

Prizes

Every giveaway is different, making each one fun and unique!

Prizes may include, but are not be limited to:

• Paperback, hardcover, Kindle,      and audiobook editions of Funny Stories for Seniors books
• Book bundles
• Coloring books
• Greeting cards
• Bookmarks
• Tote bags
• Coffee mugs
• Pens and crayons
• Bracelets
• T-shirts
• Handmade gifts and crafts
• Candy, snacks, and novelty items
• Gift cards
• Products from major retailers
• Seasonal and holiday-themed      items
• Surprise bonus prizes

Just about anything may be offered as a prize—from handcrafted creations made with care to brand-name products purchased from major retailers.

All prizes and standard shipping costs are provided and paid for by TJKW Publishing LLC. Winners never pay for their prize or standard shipping.

Prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, substituted, or exchanged except at the sole discretion of TJKW Publishing LLC.

Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated, winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries during a LIVE broadcast on the Sassy Seniors Fun Page on Facebook.

Winners may be notified by:

• Facebook posts
• Email

If a winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or does not respond within 72 hours, TJKW Publishing LLC reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

Claiming Prizes

Winners may be asked to verify their identity and provide shipping information before prizes are mailed.

Failure to provide requested information within the stated claim period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is included at no cost to the winner.

International shipping is not currently available.

TJKW Publishing LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by postal carriers after shipment. We will evaluate losses on a case by case basis and may not be able to provide a replacement.

Reviews

If you win one of our books, we would sincerely appreciate you considering leaving an honest review on Amazon or another retailer.

Reviews are completely voluntary and are never required to enter, win, or receive a prize.

Your feedback simply helps other readers discover the Funny Stories for Seniors™ series.

Rights & Permissions

By entering a giveaway, contest, or promotion, participants grant TJKW Publishing LLC permission to use, without additional compensation:

• First name
• City and State
• Submitted photographs
• Stories
• Testimonials
• Captions
• Other contest submissions

for promotional, advertising, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

Sensitive personal information will never be shared publicly.

Fair Play

To keep our giveaways enjoyable for everyone, TJKW Publishing LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that is determined to be:

• Automated
• Fraudulent
• Spam
• Duplicate
• Incomplete
• False or misleading
• Submitted using multiple      accounts or identities
• In violation of giveaway rules      or platform policies

We also reserve the right to disqualify participants who repeatedly fail to claim prizes after winning or who attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or abuse the giveaway process.

Our decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and rule interpretation are final.

We ask all participants to be respectful toward fellow readers, volunteers, senior communities, and members of the TJKW Community.

Privacy

Your privacy matters.

Information you provide is collected solely for administering giveaways and communicating with you about TJKW Publishing news and events.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us directly.

Rule Changes

TJKW Publishing LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel any giveaway, contest, promotion, or Resident Laugh Pack program at any time if circumstances require.

Platform Disclaimer

These promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Amazon, or any other social media platform or retailer unless specifically stated. Participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.
