No Purchase Necessary
Participation in any TJKW Publishing contest, giveaway, or promotion does not require a purchase. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
Eligibility
- Open to individuals age 18+.
- Contests are open to U.S. residents unless otherwise stated.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, contractors, partners, and family members of TJKW Publishing LLC are not eligible to win.
How to Enter
Entry instructions are listed with each individual contest. Common entry methods include:
- Completing an entry form on tjkwpublishing.com
Entries must be received on or before the prior day of the contest to qualify.
One entry per person
Prizes
Prizes vary by contest and may include:
- Paperback or hardcover books
- eBooks
- Book bundles
- Merchandise (mugs, bookmarks, tote bags, etc.)
- Gift packages
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be substituted or transferred.
Winner Selection
- Winners are selected at random from eligible entries unless a contest specifies a skill-based component (e.g., caption contests).
- Winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger, email, or phone, depending on the entry method.
- If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.
Shipping
- Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is covered by TJKW Publishing
- No international entries please
Rights and Permissions
By entering, participants agree:
- That TJKW Publishing LLC may use the winner’s first name, city, and/or submitted content (such as captions, photos, or stories) for promotional purposes.
- No sensitive personal information will be shared publicly.
Fair Play
Entries that are spam, automated, duplicated, or violate platform guidelines will be disqualified. Respectful participation is required.
